In February, TIB Lucht- en Milieutechniek BV, located in Rijssen, declared bankruptcy. The company specialized in the installation of machines, appendages, air transport ducts, and various other components related to air control technology. Among its most significant assets were several specialized installations, including the IOWA PRECISION coil punching and cutting installation, the IOWA PRECISION coil plasma installation, the IOWA PRECISION Whisper lock, the SAFAN VS 255-4, the PROMECAN RG 35-20, and the LOCKFORMER TCD roller mill. Additionally, the company had a complete stock of various materials and many small tools that were essential for its operations.

Following the bankruptcy declaration, we collaborated closely with the appointed curator to ensure a smooth transition of the company's movable assets. Our team was diligent in assessing the inventory and worked efficiently to take over all equipment and materials that could still hold value in the market. Within the time frame provided, we successfully sold all the assets, ensuring that every item was accounted for and appropriately transferred to new ownership.

Throughout this process, we maintained clear communication and strong cooperation with the curator, which facilitated a seamless asset transfer. The property was handled with great care, and we ensured that all transactions were completed on time and to a high standard. Our efforts resulted in the landlord and receiver expressing their satisfaction with the quality of the asset delivery and the overall management of the situation. In conclusion, despite the unfortunate circumstances surrounding TIB Lucht- en Milieutechniek BV's bankruptcy, our team's commitment to professionalism and efficiency allowed us to navigate the asset recovery process successfully. We were able to not only meet but exceed the expectations of all parties involved, thus demonstrating our capability in managing such complex situations in the field of industrial asset management.
